These are our most frequently asked questions.

  1. Do you offer any special prints, services or techniques?
    We Process to print in a number effects such as Black & White with Color Effects, Sepia Tone, Fine Art Images, and some of the latest Special Effects.
  2. What lighting situations do you have experience with?
    Our photographers are experienced in many lighting situations from Low Light to Direct Sunlight. We also do a pre-event visit to ensure we are prepared for your particular situation.
  3. How may photographers are on staff?
    We have 3 photographers and additional assistants available to cover all situations in case one of us is sick or has an emergency situation that would prevent one of us from performing at your event. We also have access to other photographers in the industry if for some reason this is not enough.
  4. Do you book more that one wedding in a weekend?
    Yes. However, our limit with current staff is 2 bookings on any given weekend or weekday to maximize our quality standards.
  5. What kind of equipment do you normally bring to an event?
    Depending on the size and requirements, 2-3 three Digital SLRs, various flash and lighting equipment as well as backup for the previous listed items.
  6. Do you bill by the hour or for a predetermined amount?
    Both, we offer a la carte items as well as package discounts (that save money) depending on your needs.
  7. Are you available for overtime?
    Yes. We are available for overtime. We don’t usually charge extra if your coverage goes up to 1 hour over. After that we charge overtime at our negotiated hourly rate.
  8. Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?
    We will work on a detailed schedule with you prior to an all day event to allow time for replenishment and refreshment. We only require literally long enough to eat and that’s usually while coordinating the next set of shots. We work incredibly hard throughout your wedding day or event.  We do not require a provided meal but it’s always nice if it is available and we do not require a meal break for hourly events of 6 hours or less.
  9. Do you charge for travel?
    If travel exceeds 60 miles or 1 hour from our studios we charge $50 per hour (roundtrip). For destination weddings, travel and expenses are in addition to our wedding packages.
  10. In what formats are the initial proofs offered?
    We offer any of the following: CD/DVD, USB and Online Proofs. Online proofs are included with any service.
  11. Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
    Yes. We retain all copyrights.  We offer a Copy and Usage assignment to you, so that you can make copies and prints of your images for any and all personal use.
  12. Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
    Yes.  We may use some of your images to show to future clients, on our website, promotional items, contests, marketing, social media and other studio related products, unless you tell us specifically that you do not wish us to use the images of your event. If you ask us not to use the images, we do however retain the right to ask for permission to use a specific image for any of the previously mentioned purposes.
  13. Do you provide digital files and/or negatives or copies of the negatives?
    Digital negatives are not available for purchase. Only jpeg images are included for all contracted work.
  14. Will images be available for viewing in public online gallery?
    Yes. All images are available through a public gallery unless you specify upon request for the gallery to be private. These galleries will be available for sharing for at least 90 days.
  15. What kind of albums do you offer?
    Traditional, Digital, Press Printed, Library Bound, Custom Designed, Trendy, Hip, Modern and many more. We’ll work closely with you to satisfy your taste and style.
  16. Do you touch up photographs?
    Yes. Please see our items and packages for details.
